1. USCIS Improves Customer Service by Expanding Online Filing of Immigration Benefits
Immigration has expanded its electronic filing program.
The six new forms and petitions now available online include:
- Employment-based Petition for Non-immigrant Worker (Form I-129);
- Travel documents (Form I-131);
- Employment-based Petition for Immigrant Worker (Form I-140);
- Changing or extending Non-immigrant status (Form I-539);
- Temporary Protected Status (Form I-821); and
- Premium Processing (Form I-907).

3. Immigration Reminds Applicants for Adjustment of Status to Obtain Advance Parole Before Summer Travel Abroad
Note: Under the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996, aliens who depart the U.S. after being unlawfully present in the U.S. for certain periods can be barred from admission to get their green card, even if they have obtained Advance Parole.

Each month, the State Department notifies the public regarding who can actually immigrate to the United States that particular month. Based on the preferences (remember that immediate relatives are not limited and, therefore, are not included in the Visa Bulletin), three pieces of information are given based on each category ....... 5. Change of Address-
Reaffirmation of requirement that aliens report address changes. According to the Immigration Act, any "alien" in the United States (this includes immigrants and non-immigrants, documented and undocumented, etc.) to notify the Immigration Service within ten (10) days of any change in their address ( 8 USC 1305).
